Frankie has planned an immersive afternoon of workshops that will cover:

• EXPANSION AND CONTRACTION: a super simple and super effective concept that gives you a way to solo that involves absolutely no “moves” 
• ARMS: WHAT EVEN ARE THEY: what to do with your hands and arms during solo (featuring WORKAROUNDS and the CREATIVITY OF CONSTRAINT)
• AXIS AND BALANCE: how to create off-axis movement and position in solo in a way that looks cool as fuck (yes, there will be "moves" in this one)

• TIMINGS: Arrive at 1pm, classes finish at 5pm, with breaks throughout
• LOCATION: St Paul's Learning Centre, main hall
